Curcusan is an Ayurvedic herbal preparation based on Haldi or turmeric, Amla, Tulsi and Pippali (long pepper). Haldi is the main ingredient of the herbal combination. Haldi (curcuma longa) is known by a variety of names including haridra (Sanskrit), hardi, turmeric, turmeric, curcum, turmeric, and turmeric. Haldi is the root tuber of the turmeric plant and is part of the ginger family. The appearance of turmeric is very similar to that of ginger. The main difference between the two roots is the deep yellow (almost orange) color that has turmeric on the inside. Of course, it owes the name "turmeric" to this property. The yellow color is caused by the substance Curcumin. Amla or Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) is a fruit naturally rich in vitamin C and anti-oxidants. Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), also called "holy basil" or "holy basil", is an aromatic plant that plays an important role in daily life in India. Long pepper (Piper longum) is also called Pippali or Indian long pepper. It is a characteristic herb that has many applications within Ayurveda. Haldi has a strong Pitta-lowering effect on the dosha's (constitution) of a person. In addition, it is also said about Haldi that it balances the three dosha's (Tridosha = Vata, Pitta, Kapha).
