Tikka Curry Paste
Famous Tandoori curry paste with fine herbs, coconut cream and tomatoes, for marinade and preparation of small pieces of tofu, panir, seitan or meat (tikka) in the oven.
For the Ayurvedic cuisine and for a balanced diet.
For the preparation of delicious curry dishes according to the original Indian style: heat some ghee, add fresh ginger, add vegetables of your choice with onions and optionally tofu, chicken or meat, and fry for a few minutes. Then add Tikka Curry Pasta (1-2 tablespoons per serving) and let simmer for a while. For a more intensive taste: marinate vegetables, meat or tofu in the curry paste overnight. For a creamy sauce you can add crème fraiche, cream cheese or creamed coconut (santen) to taste and let simmer for a while. Serve with rice. Your Indian curry is ready to eat!
Keep closed jar in a cool and dark place. Can be kept for a limited time after opening (store in the refrigerator).
