Psyllium Husk (fiber)

Psyllium can swell enormously due to the soluble fiber of the husks. Psyllium fibers can bind to water more than 50 times. The soluble fibers in the psyllium husks do not give you a heavy feeling. A diet that is high in protein or low in carbohydrates often contains too little fiber. Psyllium husks can then help to restore the balance. It is important to drink plenty of water during the day when using psyllium husks.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Recommended dosage: stir 1 to 2 teaspoons in a cup of lukewarm water or tea and drink immediately. It is recommended to drink the mixture directly after stirring as a jelly quickly forms when the psyllium fibers are combined with liquid. Drink at least 200 ml of liquid with the psyllium husks. Drink the mixture between meals or before going to sleep.
